YOU MAY PAY A CITY UTILITY BILL, CHECK YOUR BALANCE AND SIGN UP FOR E-BILL!


LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS:  When logging in for the first time, enter your account number with the three leading zeros, and no spaces, for both the account number and password fields.  Change your password after you login for secure, future logins.  Account history is available 24 hours after initial access.


Returning logins each month, enter your complete account number, all leading zeros, no dashes or spaces.  Then enter your individual password.


NOTICE to EBILL CUSTOMERS:


Some of you may not be receiving your monthly ebill notification email.  While our ebill provider is working on a resolution, please know that you may still view your ebill.  Log into your online utility billing account, as usual, and select “View ebill”.  The utility bills are available on the 1st of every month and are due by the 20th of the month.
