Forgot Your Password?


The first time you log in, use your twelve digit account number
as your password.  You will have the same number in both login spaces.
(use the three leading zeroes and NO dash.)  Once you log in, you may
change it to a personal password.

The City’s Utility Billing software vendor is
experiencing technical difficulties with the online portal and are working to
resolve the issues.

Currently, you may ONLY make a payment.  After
logging in, click the “PAY NOW” button.  If you have trouble logging in,
your password will need to be reset.  To reset your password, you may
click the “I forgot my password” button (you will receive an email within an
hour), OR call the City at (847) 394-8500 OR email the City at
between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday) to have us reset it for
